We are seeking an experienced Help Desk technician to provide support for Microsoft-based systems. The role includes troubleshooting our clients IT issues and supporting their variety of applications and technology needs.
Our ideal candidate will bring: 3 years of outstanding customer service experience 1 year of IT help desk experience 1 year of Windows/macOS operating systems experience
Strong working knowledge of: Windows, Active Directory, Networking, Mail systems, Hardware installations
