Job Profile
Candidate should be Any Graduate with effective communication skills especially in English language.
Job Responsibility-
Provide full administrative and secretarial support to the Director and managers. Manage confidential documentation and prepare reports (MIS report, MOMs, DPR, *Meeting calendar etc.) Proofreading.
Maintain the company social media accounts like Linkedin, Facebook etc Co-ordinate with new joined staff and completion of joining formalities. Maintain HR related documents. Responsible for office administrator related work. Remind to the managers/executive of important tasks and deadlines. Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations and maintain a record of various supporting documents.
Office routine work Office timing : 10am to 7pm
