We are hiring for Technical Support Associate (Email, Web and Voice) (Work from home. 3 shifts Monday through Friday. Saturday may be needed when applicable. Fresher`s can apply)
Eligibility Criteria:-
Any degree (Regular). 2018 to 2020 Graduates with minimum of 60% in all academics (No gaps of any kind) Well versed in MS-Office with good oral and written communication skills. Experience 0 - 1 year in relevant field.
Roles & Responsibility:
Customer support coordination voice. Customer support coordination email and web. Any other duties assigned.
Working Hours:
Three shifts. Time Slot (Daylight Saving Time Started)
5:30 PM to 2:30 AM EST (or) 3:00 AM to 12:00 PM IST 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM EST (or) 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM IST 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST (or) 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM IST
All shifts can be worked from home with no commute to the office. Saturday work (As needed)
