Job Profile
The ideal candidate can either be a fresher or need to have 1- 4 years of experience in Recruitment and staffing with some expertise in IT recruitment. The preferred experienced candidate should be someone who is coming from a recruitment staffing company`s background.
Roles & Responsibilities-
Sourcing profiles from various Job portals and social networking sites. Should maintain a database of the Candidates. Scheduling interviews and following up with the candidates and sharing timely feedback to management Should know about the full recruitment life cycle Responsibility will include understanding Job description, sourcing, Screening, Qualifying, and submitting resumes based on the requisition needs.
Desired Profile:
1. Excellent communication skills(English Read & Write). 2. Able to work individually or in a team. 3. Good Interpersonal skills. 4. Should have good knowledge of recruiting.
(Night shift only. Immediate Hiring)
Direct walk-in Interview : 6.30 Pm to 11 pm IST - Mon-Friday
