Job Profile
Education- BSC.IT/ MCA/ BSC (Co Sc)/ MSC (IT)/ BE/ B. Tech/ BCS 6 Months to 1 Year. Freshers can be considered based on their performance in the interview
Required Skills-
Proficient knowledge on Windows OS Resolving & troubleshooting computer operating/ hardware/ software problems and providing technical support
Installing & troubleshooting various Application software, Anti-virus, Patches, Service pack. Knowledge on Desktop back-up & formatting Handling networking issues Daily Handing IT Support Cases Good verbal and written communication skills. Basic knowledge of firewall and VPN connectivity added advantage To work independently while needing minimum help to execute daily duties
Shift Timings: 6PM - 3AM (Transport Available)
Roles and Responsibilities-
To perform installation of eClinicalWorks application on client computers To perform pre-checks on each computer before doing the installation Perform application upgrade if the auto upgrade fails Troubleshoot login errors on application Installation of eClinicalWorks web app plug-ins Educating clients on the minimum Hardware/Software specs for the client machines Configuring the fax on the client application Educating client occasionally on the basic functionality of the application. Document every details on the case Maintain the Response SLA at 100% and Resolution SLA between 95% - 100% consistently. Maintain the CSAT and Quality of the cases between 95% - 100%
