Skill Requirements:
3 Years of International inbound calling experience mandatory Must be collaborative, possess good written and verbal communication skills Proficient knowledge and usage of MS Office products Willing to learn new technologies. Good at handling calls and willing to work in a 24/7 environment. Good logical troubleshooting skills.
Shift timings: Will be a 12 hour shift alternate days (as of now) Will be scheduled to work Day Shifts and Night Shifts every alternate month
