Candidate must have prior experience in Technical Support, Desktop Support, or similar role, Experience in Windows/ Mac OS. Experience with remote desktop applications and helpdesk software. Email voice and chat experience will be an advantage.
Job Responsibilities-
Identify and resolve technical issues promptly and successfully (TAT 5 minutes). Resolving network issues. Installing and configuring hardware and software. Setting Up System using Remote Desktop Connections like AnyDesk, TeamViewer, etc.
