Joining Formality & Induction for newly joined employees Manage timesheets, leaves, salary disbursement Employee Relations, Manage Employee Grievances
Documentation Maintaining MIS reports Exit formality & follow up for F&F Attrition control Coordinating regarding Invoice and sharing invoice calculation for Finance team
