Job Profile
Candidate should be an MBA in HR from an esteemed university with 4 to 6 years of experience into recruitments, training and development and employee engagement activities in a reputed organization, preferably an MNC. Ability to correctly make decisions involving client issues/ problems including when to escalate the problem to a more senior team member
Personable, able to comfortably and pleasantly deal with various stakeholders. Problem solving capabilities necessary to accomplish the duties and tasks of the position Strong customer service skills
Exceptional written and oral communication skills Excellent organizational and planning skills Ability to effectively learn and acquire new knowledge and skills. Ability to share knowledge and work in a strong team-oriented environment. Detail oriented
Knowledge and ability to design develop and organize training programs Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and e-mail
Desirable Skills (Not mandatory) Experience in Workday
The HR Specialist will support the organizations Human Resources function by driving recruiting efforts and provide HR Generalist support in the area of employee engagement, training & development, performance management and employee relations. The individual will be required to work on HR projects too as and when required.
