Job Profile
Applicant must be a graduate with minimum 1 year of experience in International Service Desk, Technical Support. Should have excellent communication (verbal and written) skills. English language testing, acceptable tests are the TOEFL (Test of English as a Foreign Language), TOEIC (Test of English for International Communication), IELTS (International English Language Testing Service) and the proficiency rating must be the equivalent of IELTS 7 or higher; OR Versant score of 65 or higher.
Candidates is expected to display:
A technical, logical thought process An ability to stick to strict deadlines. A keen eye for detail
How to troubleshoot OS How to troubleshoot MS applications How to uninstall a program in windows machine? How to troubleshoot Hardware of Laptop and desktop Etc. Willingness to work in 24/7 environment. 1 year or more experience in similar role. (Technical Support/ Service desk/ Desktop Support etc) Experience on Desktop support, application support. Exposure on ITSM ticketing tools
