Job Profile
Candidate should be Any Graduate with MBA HR or equivalent with 3+ years of experience in HR Administration, Recruitment Screening, HR Compliance, Generalist Activities, Payroll Preparation. Must have excellent communication skills.
Job Responsibility-
Responsible for managing the employee life cycle (i.e., recruiting, hiring, onboarding, training, and firing employees) and administering employee benefits Update internal databases with new hire information Create and distribute guidelines and FAQ documents about company policies Provide payroll inputs such as attendance summary, leave summary, other deductions to payroll employee wise in specified format for processing payroll. Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies Manage office equipment operations Tracking Biometric attendance.
