Job Profile
Candidate should have Bachelors degree in Human Resource Management or Business Management with 2 years of work experience as an HR Administrative Assistant, Talent Acquisition Manager, Recruitment Manager or a similar role. Must be proficient with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS). Knowledge of labor legislation (eg organizational health and safety, employee benefit, etc)
Excellent oral and written communication skills. Strong organization and analytical skills. Exceptional customer service skills. Strong negotiation and sales skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Excellent interpersonal skills.
