Job Profile
Candidate must have excellent technical knowledge of laptop and desktop hardware Excellent knowledge on ITIL. Strong troubleshooting knowledge of Hardware and network
Installation, up gradation, troubleshooting and support of Microsoft Windows 10 & MacBook and related applications. Performs general preventive maintenance tasks on computer, laptop, printer and peripheral equipment. Escalate issues to next level and involve experts wherever required in order to resolve issues as quickly as possible.
Works with vendor support contacts to resolve technical issues, The person should be prepared/ willing to do any other reasonability and task and ensure that it is normally carried out on time and correct. Responsible for tracking hardware and software inventory
Ability prepare and maintain the Reports and documentation related to IT infra department Ability to Coordinate with production teams for implementations and issue resolution The Role is to deliver high quality support to technical and non-technical users of through email, phone and documentation.
