Job Profile
Candidate must have proven experience of 0-2 years as Technical Support Engineer or similar. Proficiency in Python, SQL and Hands-on with Windows/ Linux/ Mac OS Strong grasp of tech products and systems. Must have basic troubleshooting skills.
Familiarity with remote support tools and Zendesk. Effective communication and listening. Weekend availability when required. Solid analytical and calculation skills. Extra points for Microsoft/ Linux/ Cisco certifications.
Job Responsibilities-
Proactively engage with clients to understand their technical needs and concerns. Maintain client communication and feedback through regular calls. Ensure SLA compliance and prioritise support requests effectively. Manage enhancement and change requests from clients. Provide 24*7 support availability, coordinating with a dedicated team. Establish and optimise efficient support processes.
Cultivate strong client relationships with a focus on Indian clients. Simultaneously manage operations and directly assist clients for effective support. Lead and mentor support engineers, fostering growth and collaboration. Implement Agile methodologies or SAFe framework for streamlined project management Evaluate performance based on technical skills, management capabilities, and customer metrics.
