Job Profile
Candidate should be minimum Graduate in any discipline from a reputed University with 2 to 3 years relevant experience, preferably in HR Operations. Must have solid skills in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Required Skills-
Prior experience of HR Ops Experience SuccessFactors knowledge would be ideal. Understanding of overall HR function. Proven verbal and written communication skills, teamwork and customer service skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks. Strong skills in MS Office. Advance knowledge of excel Ability to work independently, take initiative to make decisions when required.
Preferences-
Prior experience of HR Ops role Prior experience of HR Master Data maintenance. Any certification/ degree in HR will be given preference Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
