Job Profile
We are seeking a highly competent HR & Admin Executive to join our team in Pune. The primary responsibility of the role is to provide HR and administrative support to ensure the smooth operations of the organization.
Candidate should have 2-4 years of experience in HR and administrative functions, with a focus on office and warehouse administration, preferably in the e-commerce industry. Proficiency in MS Excel and other office productivity tools. Must have good knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance requirements. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
HR Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Onboarding: Coordinating recruitment efforts for various positions in the company. Managing the onboarding process for new hires and conducting induction programs.
Employee Relations:
Handling employee grievances and ensuring a positive work environment. Facilitating communication between employees and management to address concerns. You will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate employee records.
Performance Management:
Assisting in the performance management process, including appraisals and feedback.
Talent Development:
Supporting employee training and development initiatives to enhance skills.
Compliance and Payroll:
Ensuring adherence to HR policies, labor laws, and regulations. Your attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with discretion will be essential in this role. Coordinating with the finance team for timely payroll processing.
