Job Profile
Candidate should be Any Graduate or Post-graduate (preferably with specialization in HR) looking for developing career in Human Resource. Well versed with MS package (Word, Excel and PowerPoint). Must have good communication skills to deal with international offices.
Ability to operate independently and with little guidance in a fast paced environment Should be creative, flexible and energetic, ambitious in developing HR best practices Good communication skills to deal with international offices.
Role & Responsibilities:
Assisting with recruitment needs by Job Postings and advertising Coordinating with prospective candidates, arranging interviews and other formalities Managing and handling the orientation of new employees Taking care of the joining formalities, organizing the inductions for new staff Taking care of the confirmation process, exit formalities and Full & Final Settlement Handling payroll (preferably HRM Thread software), Ad hoc bonuses, and tax calculation along with payslip management Maintaining attendance register and checking of leave applications and updating leave file Handling staff accidental insurance renewal and statutory compliance related to PF, PT, ESIC and Shops & Establishment
