Job Profile
Candidate should have Bachelor`s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a relevant field (Engineering degree with MBA marketing preferred) with extensive knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices in the aviation industry. Must have proven experience in HR management or related roles, preferably within the aviation industry.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization. Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
Sound judgment and decision-making skills. Proficiency in HR software and systems for data management and reporting. Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
As an HR professional in the aviation industry, your primary responsibility will be to support and manage all human resources activities within the organization. You will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and programs that align with the company`s goals and objectives. You will play a critical role in attracting, developing, and retaining talent, ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations, and fostering a positive work culture within the aviation organization.
