Job Profile
Candidate should have a Bachelors degree in HRM or related field with 2+ years of proven HR work experience with at least 1 year of experience as an HR generalist in the Corporate Distribution Center. Strong knowledge of employment law. Understanding of HR best practices and current regulations. Exhibit strong decision-making skills with a deep understanding of employee relations, staffing management, and training.
Must have excellent problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and presentation skills. Detail-oriented, strong analytical skills, and time management skills Proven ability to meet deadlines and multitasking skills.
Role & Responsibilities-
Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent Create job descriptions, post job openings, and manage the applicant tracking system Conduct interviews, perform reference checks, and make job offers Ensure compliance with equal employment opportunity (EEO) laws and regulations
