Job Profile
Candidate should be Any Graduate/ MBA (HR) with 2 to 5 years of experience in Recruitment, HR Administration, Screening, HR Compliance, Generalist Activities, Payroll Management. Should have excellent communication skills.
Job Responsibility-
To perform HR/related activities on various systems (Successfactors, SAP etc), primarily pertaining to the employee life cycle (from Hire to Retire) To process the various HR transactions as per the laid guidelines/SOP To manage the HR tickets in Ask HR tool To perform tasks within the turnaround time and be able to multitask on a day-to-day basis
Open for new business process changes and adaptability for new systems/ technology Responsible for generating employee code and performing Onboarding actions. Entering data in various Infotype for HCM function in NTT DATA Responsible for transfer (Domestic/Overseas) actions as per laid guidelines. Responsible for Exit/Separation actions as per laid guidelines.
