Job Profile
Person should be Any Graduate/ MBA (HR) with 3 to 8 years of experience in Recruitment Operations, Human Resource Management, Attendance Management, HR Generalist Activities, HR Administration, Recruitment Management. Should have good knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Oversee and manage the administrative functions of the company. Supervise and coordinate office operations and procedures. Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Develop and implement efficient administrative systems.
Roles & Responsibilities-
Manage payroll, HR operations, and employee records. Develop and implement HR programs and initiatives. Assist in compensation and benefits administration. Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. Generate HR reports and provide insights.
