Candidate should have Bachelors/Masters Degree in Administration or equivalent with 1 to 3 years of experience in Administrative Assistance, Facility Management, Office Administration, Security Management and Housekeeping Management. Should be proficient in Microsoft Office with strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Roles and Responsibility-
Coordinates & Support building maintenance issues for general repairs (heating and air condition Security) Organize special functions and social events Prepare correspondence documentation or Presentation for admin department
Handle requests feedbacks and queries of internal customer (Operation, Finance, R&D, Production, SCM, HR) Monitor & Maintain office Supply levels, reorder & Coordinate with purchase department Supervise plant Security & House keeping Management.
