Job Profile	Candidate must have proficiency in administering Windows and Linux environments. Basic knowledge of AWS with understanding of Monitoring and Ticketing. Strong understanding of core IT principles. Experience with software installation and upgrade processes. The ability to effectively troubleshoot technical issues. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Basic scripting skills in Groovy. Basic knowledge of SQL Key Responsibilities- Troubleshoot issues raised by customers and drive toward resolution. Understand the product and domain Monitor Dashboards of Ticketing and monitoring tools Take ownership of the new customer cases that come in. Escalate the issues to engineering if they require technical assistance. Coordinate with engineering and arrange meetings with customers if required. Create Knowledge base documents Work as part of the team in shift
