RV Educational Institutions are inviting applications for the position of Executive HR & Administration
The HR Executive originates and leads HRs practices and objectives that will provide an employee-oriented high-performance culture that emphasizes quality, productivity, goal attainment, and empowerment and is responsible for the development of processes and metrics that support the achievement of the Institutions business goals.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Processing payroll, which includes ensuring vacation and sick time are tracked in the system Payroll and Benefits Administration Answering payroll questions of employees. Facilitating resolutions to any payroll errors. Maintaining current HR files and databases.
Updating and maintaining employee benefits, employment status, and similar records. Maintaining records related to grievances, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions. Performing file audits to ensure that all required employee documentation is collected and maintained. Performing payroll and benefits audits and recommending any corrective action. Must be adept at problem-solving, including being able to identify issues and resolve programs in a timely manner.
