Candidate should be Any Graduate/ MBA (HR) with strong experience in HR Generalist Activities, MIS, Payroll Management, Office Administration, Induction, Training And Development. Good knowledge of working in HR and Admin department of a large MNC. Must have good written and Verbal English communication skills.
Should have good people management skills with ability and willingness to handle multiple tasks and assignments. Hands-on Excel, Payroll and employee management. Accuracy, Transparency, Pro- Active, Sincere, Confident, Multi- Tasking, Goal Oriented, Positive and Visionary approach, Leader, Team Work, Decision Making, etc. Should have knowledge of basic Admin Activities like Inventory management, housekeeping, canteen management, etc.
Roles and Responsibilities-
To act as a Single Point of contact (SPOC) for the internal Guests (employees) of Finsmart Accounting. To resolve the queries with reference to the effective working of various department in the Organisation. To lead and manage various events of the business from birthday greetings to different events in the Organisation i.e., Birthdays, picnics, various events, employee engagement activities, blood donation, outdoor sports, etc
To act as a Single Point of contact (SPOC) for the Guests of Finsmart Accounting. Yo schedule and arrange for meetings and conferences, manage travel arrangements of both personal and business nature. To attend to the calls, emails, Clients, guests, etc and handle the requests and queries accordingly. Ability to attend and interact with High Profile Clients and Executives.
To book hotels and travel arrangements for the Guests. Also to arrange for refreshment, gifts and local travel during their visit to Pune. To co-ordinate and communicate the various Internal communication from the management and form a feedback system. To create various policies and protocals and implement the same.
