Job Profile
Candidate should have UG/ PG in any stream. Human Resources specialization will definitely be preferred above others. Preferred minimum two years of experience as HR cum Admin. Standby at work for atleast 2 to 3 years Minimum. Good exposure to both recruitment and admin functions Excellent communication, analytical and interpersonal skills Great organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills. Professionally confident with the ability to connect and influence at all levels, internal and external.
Mature and proactive approach to work Ability to work in a multi reporting line structure. Team oriented, proactive and willing to get the job done Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal Knowledgeable in MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Must have excellent interpersonal skills. The person is this role should be an ideal listener and approach situations with a very calm, patient and polite attitude. Positive attitude & good team player Demonstrated ability to analyses and resolve problems.
