Job Profile
We are looking for an enthusiastic Human Resources Generalist to implement a variety of human resource programs. The HR department will depend on your assistance in a number of important functions such as staffing, compensation and benefits, training and development.
Due to the diversity of responsibilities of the role, the ideal candidate will be a competent and resourceful individual with a passion for HR. The goal is to ensure the HR department`s operations will be running smoothly and effectively to deliver maximum value to Serigor as a whole.
Your role as an HR Generalist will be far from one-dimensional. You will undertake a wide range of HR tasks, like organizing trainings, administering employee benefits and leaves and crafting HR policies. You will use Human Resources Information Systems to ensure all employee records are up-to-date and confidential. And you will also act as the main point of contact for employees queries on HR-related topics.
Qualification/ Skills Required:
Bachelors or masters degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related curriculum required. 2 to 6 years of Human Resources experience in a multi-facet role. Include demonstrated competencies and physical, mental, & interpersonal skills. Ability to maintain the highest level of discretion, diplomacy and confidentiality. Ability to maintain composure and handle multiple conflicting priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong interpersonal and communications skills. High attention to detail and the ability to work effectively and manage a varied workload. Tech-Savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office. Language skills: strong verbal and written skills in English
Job Responsibilities:
Administer compensation and benefit plans. Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes. Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives. Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise. Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace. Assist in the development and implementation of human resource policies.
Undertake tasks around performance management. Organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews. Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form. Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits and organizing team building activities. Ensure compliance with labor regulations. PF, ESI and PT challan generation.
This role requires work in US/ UK Shifts (1 PM to 10 PM IST) This is a Hybrid/ Remote role (some onsite maybe required) Office Location: Janakpuri, New Delhi - 110018
