We are seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled individual to join our team as a Technical Support Executive for our Payment Gateway. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients through various channels, including email, phone, Tickets and live chat.
You will assist clients with technical issues related to Payment Gateway, such as trouble shooting errors while integrating , transactional queries, system functionality and merchant training.
Candidate should have a Bachelor`s degree in Computer Science or related field Must have strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to explain technical information to non-technical individuals Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Roles and Responsibilities-
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, tickets, email, and live chat Work in Rotational Shifts to manage a 24X7 support facility. Troubleshoot technical issues related to PG integration. Assist with integration and configuration of Payment Gateway. Resolve Merchant complaints in a timely and professional manner. Document ,escalate, coordinate to resolve issues reported.
Shift: Rotational shifts (includes day & night for male candidates) & for female candidates (only 2 shifts i.e. morning/ early morning but no night shifts for female candidates)
