Candidate should have BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a relevant field. Good understanding of Computer systems, Mobile applications and devices. Having a systematic and logical approach to problem-solving. Self-motivated and eager to learn new processes and technologies. Flexibility to work under any shift with any day-offs. Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment. English and Hindi communication skills should be excellent.
Job Responsibilities:
Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via tickets, or calls. Analyze and report product malfunctions (for example, by testing different scenarios or re-enacting issues). Update our internal databases with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers. Share feature requests and effective workarounds with team members. Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved. Strong ability to compose thoughtful and personalized responses to a variety of user queries/issues. Must be intuitive and insightful, particularly regarding the product and process. Taking ownership of user issues from beginning to end. The best fit candidate would have:
