Key Responsbilities-
Providing help and answers to the customers technical & semi technical issues through identification of the problem, Initial analysis, and by taking assistance of L2 in case of requirement. Agent need to pick the customer calls and provide the solution for simple issues on call or take screen session for analysis of complex issues. Agent should have basic SQL knowledge so that he can understand order, stock and other user related issues/ queries
