Welding Alloys South Asia Private Limited is hiring for Assistant Manager - HR & Admin
Candidate should have Minimum Bachelors degree in Administration/ Human Resources or equivalent with minimum 5 years of experience in relevant field. Must have good computer skills such as MS Office, Google Hangouts, Zoom, etc. Knowledge of the ISO system regarding Training & HR matters. Should have excellent general administrative and interpersonal skills.
A strong team player with the ability to work with multidisciplinary and multicultural groups, and also be able to pursue work independently using their own initiative. Sense of responsibility, ethics, integrity, empathy, discretion, and sensitivity.
Other Requirements:
Your regular place of work is Hyderabad however the position may require travel across India as well as overseas.
Working as HR & Admin Manager at Welding Alloys South Asia Pvt. Limited, you have to manage the complete set of HR functions (including payroll) and administrative functions such as General Administration, Health & Safety, Business Visa processing for various countries and other general administration work. You will be reporting to General Manager F&O
