Petpooja: Restaurant POS & Management System is hiring for Technical Support Engineer (WFH)
Candidate should have proven work experience/ knowledge as a Technical Support Engineer, Desktop Support Engineer, IT Help Desk Technician or similar role. Must have good hands-on experience/ knowledge with Windows/ Linux/ Mac OS environments. Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products.
Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues Familiarity with remote desktop applications. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal. Good English skills (spoken).
Ability to work flexible shifts, WO`s, and ready to work on Indian National holidays and adapt to changing work schedules. Also Candidate should be having his/ her ow bike and Laptop
Responsibilities:
Research and identify solutions to software and hardware issues. (Basic) Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup and network configuration. (Basic) Ask customers targeted questions to quickly understand the root of the problem Talk to clients through a series of actions, via phone, until they`ve solved a technical & Product issues. Ensure all issues are properly logged.
