Assist with employment law compliance Compile quarterly team analytics Primary manager of team inbox and slack channel Business card ordering Independent Contractor onboarding/offboarding Provide amazing customer service Administer and evaluate leave policies and practices including vendor management Projects that support the team or our team members

Must have top-notch attention to detail. Analytical thinker - shows curiosity, is quick to learn from mistakes, always seeks to improve the way we do things Impeccable follow-up and follow-through. Someone who is not deterred by roadblocks but can address them autonomously with skill and grace. Must be able to collaborate and work independently. Basic knowledge of employment law is helpful but not required. Prior experience as a recruiting coordinator, payroll administration, or past experience with benefits enrollment and employee retirement plans. We use the following systems: Namely, Culture Amp, Litmos, Google Workspace (email, docs, sheets, etc), E-Verify, Accurate, benefit-specific portals, and Excel.
Systems and technical work from home requirements:
Must have access to a wired internet connection Must have access to at least a 25 megabits per second (mbps) download and 20 mbps upload speed connection
The salary for this position is $75,000.00-$90,000.00. We are open to negotiating outside of this range if the desired salary aligns with the needs of the candidate and company.
