Role: Technical Support Engineer (L1) - International Voice Process
Work Experience: 0-2 Years Shift Time: US Shifts and Weekend Offs Salary Range: 1.92 LPA 3.15 LPA
Roles & Responsibilities:
1) Assist & respond to technical and customer queries. 2) Ensure all contacts are documented using the tracking tool. 3) Ensure customers are satisfied with services offered.
Skills Required:
Good Written and Verbal Communication. The ability to think logically. Should be able to understand and analyze the issues stated by the customers. Must be flexible to work from office Eligibility Criteria: UG/ Grad/ PG Fresher and experienced candidates are eligible.
