Candidate should have Bachelors degree, Master degree in human resource-finance and/or work equivalent with 1 or more years of experience in Administrative Support, IT Recruitment, Payroll Management, Human Resource Management, Attendance Management, Talent Management, Training, Technical Recruitment. Must have excellent communication skills.
Roles and Responsibilities-
Provide administrative support for HR executives. Organize, compile, update company personnel records and documentation. Answer employees questions and provide requested information. Maintain schedule and coordinate calendar activities. Assist recruiters in posting job ads on careers page blogs and processing received resumes. Answer telephone calls and provide needed information. Create reports for senior management. Help organize and manage new employee orientation, on-boarding, and training programs. Assisting in the recruitment and interview processes.
