Roles & Responsibilities-
Executing the joining and on boarding formalities for all the new Joinees by coordinating with various departments for their sitting arrangement, laptop, email id, and other requirements. Would be primarily responsible for overall procurement, supply chain, inventory management, and all other related aspects of operations for all the stores under his operational area2.
Provides job candidates by screening, interviewing, and testing applicants; notifying existing staff of internal opportunities; maintaining personnel records; obtaining temporary staff from agencies. Providing administrative support to all staff in performing several routine and general functions.
Maintaining and regularly updating the master database of Recruitment and other HR-related work.
Maintain the HR files such as employee personal files, and recruitment files.
