Candidate should have minimum 3 years proven track record in successful recruiting global talents. Must have proven track record must have been developed in an initial Whitespace/ greenfield environment rather than in the management of an existing network of sources and contacts. Competent to evolve to a stage of implementing global strategies and action plans in acquiring of talent.
Required Deliverables-
Coordinating with TRT Leaders to create job descriptions for various positions. Developing recruitment and interview plans. Efficiently and Effectively fill open positions. Taking active role(s) in the induction and performance management through probation period. Developing pool(s) of qualified candidates. Researching and recommending new sources for active and passive candidate recruitment. Building networks to find qualified passive candidates. Posting online job advertisements.
Requirement- Must have a PC or Laptop and also a strong internet connection at home.
