Candidates should be B.E/B.Tech/ M.Tech/ BCA/ MCA/ MSc with 2-3 years of experience. 2+ years of experience in web design, of which a minimum of 1 year producing XHTML, standards-compliant cross browser, and gracefully-degrading code. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and of Dreamweaver and illustration with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, Corel Draw. Knowledge of JavaScript, CSS, PHP, ASP and dynamic HTML.
