Talent Acquisition / IT Recruiter should possess following skills :
Minimum of a Bachelor s Degree. At least 1 year of relevant experience.
Locate qualified, potential applicants using databases or online job posting boards. Understand the requirements as regards the job profile and specifications of the company. Evaluate candidate skills, understanding of different Technologies and key responsibility areas. Schedule in-person / telephonic / Video conferencing rounds of interviews and coordinate for technical tests. Negotiate salary and manage candidates compensation expectations. Identify new methods with the approach for sourcing of candidates and generating new leads. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Should have a strong experience or strong interest in recruitment,
HR Administrator / Generalist candidate should possess following skills :
Open to learn & positive, dedicated to work attitude Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, PPT & Outlook Proficiency in speaking and writing English Knowledge of End to end recruitment and interview processes
Job Responsibilities-
Offer letter, Documentation & Onboarding process Maintaining database of resumes Calculation of PF, insurance and other calculations Leave Management, Salary Calculation, Time Management Employee Engagement Employee Grievances Formulation of Policy & Procedures for general admin.
