Candidate should be Any Graduate with thorough knowledge on Facilities and Soft Services, Upkeep of Facilities, preferably in IT Industry. Must have Have a clear understanding of the Company various policies procedures. Billing Procedure - Receive all the bills from various vendors/ Record them, invoice validation as per contracts, in terms of manpower/ attendance and quantity. Miscellaneous - Ordering of crockery, medicine, Stationery, Tea Coffee etc.
Handling tickets like Drawer Keys, ID Cards lost Comply to all ISO procedures support external audits Follow all SLA ensure no sleeps ups in process following Preparation of MIS report
Monthly verification of the contract Staff attendance. Ticket updates Space Management/ Event Management Overall supervision of Admin operations Handling Employee transport safety Effective monitoring of all site security
Management of day to day running drop of the transport function within strict financial objectives, quality, standards, timelines, and compliances.
