IELTS Academic Overall 6.5 with a minimum of 6.5 in Writing Experience in Log Analysis Fundamentals of Java, Linux command, SQL
Excellent at Root Cause Analysis eg 5 Why Analysis, Fishbone Analysis Proficient in professional documentation/ visualisation with MS Word, PowerPoint, UML Modeling, and any preferable tools Proficient in Logical/Framework thinking, eg 5W, 5 Why, Pyramid Structure Good at fact-based hypothesis thinking as well as impact analysis
