We are looking for an HR Executive to undertake a variety of HR administrative duties.
Candidate should have 0 to 2 years of experience in HR Generalist Activities, Staffing, Joining Formalities, Payroll Preparation, Bonus, Sourcing, Training, Administrative Support, Screening, HR Functions, Recruitment Training, HR Administration and Grievance Handling. Must have excellent communication skills.
Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies) Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc)
Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc) Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews Assist our recruiters to source candidates and update our database 70% Recruitment and 30% generalist profile
