Candidate should have BS Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or relevant field with proven work experience as a Technical Support Engineer, Desktop Support Engineer, IT Help Desk Technician or similar role. Must have hands-on experience with Windows/ Linux/ Mac OS environments. Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products. Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues
Familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software (eg. Zendesk) Must have excellent problem-solving and communication skills Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal Additional certification in Microsoft, Linux, Cisco or similar technologies is a plus.
Passionate about Software product learning Software Implementation and Providing Training to end Users. Addressing customers queries/issues, Follow up with Customers and Collecting Feedbacks. Maintaining records of activities, Visiting customers as and when needed.
We are looking for a candidate who is ready to accept a challenging position in ERP Product Support and Implementation. The candidate should have good communication skills
Provide Support to client related to ERP Understand and Map the Software Process with client requirement Resolve cases and support Lead Software Support Analysts. Record customer change requests and technical requirements.
Taking ownership of customer issues reported and seeing problems through to resolution Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting and identifying solutions to resolve system issues Research and identify solutions to software and hardware issues
