We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist who can speak fluent English to assist our US based customers with technical problems when using our software products via phone calls. Customer Support Specialist responsibilities include resolving customer queries, recommending solutions and guiding product users through features and functionalities. To be successful in this role, you should be an excellent verbal communicator whos able to earn our clients trust.
Ultimately, you will help establish our reputation as a company that offers excellent customer support for it software and hardware products. You will be trained regarding all aspect of the company`s products.
Job Responsibilities-
Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone Identify customer issues and help resolve the issues Analyze and report product malfunctions (for example, by testing different scenarios or impersonating users) Update our internal databases with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers Monitor customer complaints on social media and reach out to provide assistance Share feature requests and effective workarounds with team members Inform customers about new features and functionalities Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved Gather customer feedback and share with our Product, Sales and Marketing teams
Key Requirements-
Experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar CS role Managed or supported US based clients before Familiarity with point of sale software and hardware a plus Experience using help desk software and remote support tools a plus Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Multi-tasking abilities
Patience when handling tough cases Strong command of English language, to communicate fluently via phone with English speaking clients. Strong written skills. Call centre experience a plus BSc in Information Technology or relevant diploma
Work Hours :- Full-time, 40 hours a week, 5 days a week. 8 hour shift between 8PM to Noon IST
