  Manak Waste Management Private Limited is hiring for Technical Support Engineer

Candidate should be Any Graduate with 1 to 3 years of experience in Technical Support, Application Support, Production Support, Software Support. The incumbent will be responsible for providing support for SAAS based products. The primary responsibility of the Team Lead is to oversee the support team for enterprise solutions and provide effective support to our Enterprise customers. By joining our team on a full-time basis, you`ll have the opportunity to create and shape the team from the ground up.

Job Responsibility:

1. Establish and maintain support policies and procedures; establish and manage processes around Tech. Support with direct reports to ensure adherence to SOPs and best practices when handling Support requests.

2. Build a production support team with technical proficiency to learn and support the Enterprise product offerings.

3. Drive day-to-day support operations including shift operations, scheduling, training and ensuring adequate support coverage throughout the operational hours.

4. Manage Tech Support ticket queue including timely entry and follow-up on tickets as well as clear documentation of actions and next steps within ticket comments and appropriate use of ticket statuses.

5. Instill a high-performance culture with a focus on teamwork, service excellence, and ownership for resolving customer issues.

6. Liaise with internal cross-functional teams including Sales, Product, Tech Team, Data Team, and other service functions to drive resolution of customer issues and to inform potential product fixes and enhancements for product issues identified via customer support issues.

7. Focus on continuous improvement and scalability of the support function; proactively identify operational areas for improvement, e.g. process gaps, redundant manual tasks, etc., and work with the relevant team members to address these issues.
