Candidate should have 2 to 4 years of work experience as an HR & Admin Officer. Familiarity with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) Basic knowledge of IT-Recruitment Experience using spreadsheets Knowledge of HR tools. Organizational skills.
Good verbal and written communication skills. Good Analytical skills. Able to handle pressure
Roles & Responsibilities-
Maintaining physical and digital personnel records like employment contracts. Update internal databases with new hire information. Create and distribute guidelines and documents about company policies. Publish and remove job ads on social media. Schedule job interviews and contact candidates as needed Prepare reports and presentations on HR-related metrics. Onboarding Process.
Rolling out offer letter, appointment letter and required letters as and when required. Well versed with Employee engagement activities. Respond to employees questions about benefits. Check Attendance data on Monthly basis. Exit Process.
