Nexdigm Corporate Services Pvt Limited is hiring for Desktop Support Engineer
Candidate should be Any Graduate with 0 to 2 years of hands-on experience & troubleshooting issues related to MS Office applications like Outlook, excel, word, etc. Basic knowledge of Active Directory, Networking, and servers. Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Assist with onboarding and offboarding of the associates (internal users). Keep inventory of all the assets like Desktops, laptops, printers, and software licenses. Working on compliance reports like Antivirus reports, etc. Responsible for queries related to the Printers and basic troubleshooting Act as frontline support for internal users if any system goes down. Analytical and problem-solving skills The ability to think logically and strategically
Respond quickly to incoming Tickets assigned to you on the ticketing portal. Hands-on experience with Windows 10/11 OS Install, configure, and upgrade OS and other Business applications on end users` systems (Desktops/laptops)
