ParadigmIT Technology Services Pvt. Limited is hiring for Manual Testing Engineer
We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Manual Test Engineer to join our quality assurance team. This role is ideal for candidates with 6 months to 2 years of experience in manual testing methodologies and a strong understanding of software quality assurance processes.
Requirements:
Candidate should have a Bachelor`s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 6 months to 2 years of experience in manual software testing. Strong knowledge of software testing concepts, methodologies, and techniques. Experience in creating and executing manual test cases and test scenarios. Familiarity with bug tracking and test management tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail, Bugzilla). Ability to analyze test results and effectively communicate issues to development teams. Good understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and testing phases. Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Job Responsibilities-
Create and execute manual test cases based on software requirements and design specifications. Identify, document, and track software defects using bug tracking tools. Perform regression testing to validate software functionality and ensure no regression issues occur. Collaborate with software developers and product managers to understand requirements and resolve issues. Participate in test planning, estimation, and strategy discussions. Conduct exploratory testing to identify potential areas of improvement and risk. Develop and maintain test documentation including test plans, test cases, and test reports. Communicate test results and progress to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in software testing methodologies.
