Candidate should be Any Graduate with 2 to 4 years of experience in Technical Support, IT Helpdesk, Software Support, Active Directory, Voice Support, Hardware Support. Must have excellent communication skills.
The following are the few of the tasks that are required for this Helpdesk Position .
- New Hire Onboarding - Creating User AD Accounts - Creating User Exchange (Email Accounts) - Creating RSA (VPN) Tokens - Creating Safeboot (McAfee) Accounts and assigning them to hardware - Creating U:/ drive - Creating Cisco Phone Extension - Creating Cisco Voicemail - Installing Software (if requested) - Give Folder Access (if requested) - Give Mailbox Access (if requested)
- Terminations - Retrieving hardware (with HR assistance) - Disable AD Account - Hide Exchange Account from GAL and give manager access (if requested) - Delete RSA Account - Delete Safeboot Account - Delete U:/ or forward to manager (if requested) - Remove Phone Ext and Voicemail - Remove remote tool license (radmin)
