Candidate should have a Bachelor`s degree in business, engineering, or a related field with 2+ years of experience in customer service/ support. Experience in working with the US/ International customers and time zones. Must have excellent communication skills, including the ability to listen actively, build rapport with customers, and explain complex concepts in simple terms.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify issues and develop effective solutions. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Role & Responsibilities-
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, by doing regular health checks and becoming a trusted advisor for their needs and interests. Monitor and track customer usage of our products or services, identifying areas for improvement and providing recommendations. Deliver ongoing training and support to customers, ensuring they have the knowledge and tools they need to achieve their goals.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention. Conduct regular check-ins with customers to understand their evolving needs and ensure they are receiving exceptional service. Handle and resolve customer issues in a timely and effective manner, escalating issues as needed to ensure quick resolution. Provide regular reports on customer activity and feedback to internal stakeholders, including leadership teams and product development teams.
